the DL2ZAV .cfg file seems quite good
(thanks a lot John for remind it!)
PLEASE TO ANY FRENCH STATIONS:
COULD YOU PLEASE TELL US WHAT IS THE MULTIPLIER
SENT BY TK (CORSICA) STATIONS??
Is that one of the 1-96 Departements?? or is it a separate one??
In the REF rules (french edition) there is no mention of it

(while SM3CER site says there are 2 mult for TK-Corsica stations)
so we can configure the .DOM file completely!
