1.) For those not familiar with modifying the program, the fixes should go
into the
LOGCFG.DAT file as such:
MULT BY MODE = TRUE
EXCHANGE RECEIVED = RST DOMESTIC QTH
I realize this is a little late.
2.) There is a minor error in the FQP.DOM file that may affect your score. The
line
for Manatee county says Mat = Man ,MTE. It should read Mte = Man ,MTE. This
caused
post to not accept Manatee as a multiplier! The FQP_FLA.DOM file is correct.
