[TRLog] Ethernet and TR

I wonder if there is a windows app around that will allow defining a com port 
transmitting over LAN to another computer:port, receiving as thiscomputer:port 
as a null modem, and if the app is running on the other computer pointed 
correctly back, that TR would see what appeared as com port x connected to a 
com port on another cpu via whatever.

Running as a TSR under DOS, something like that would take up too much memory. 
But if one was running successfully under windows, that would move all the 
inter-computer stuff onto a LAN, leaving the real stuff to communicate to the 
equipment.

Anybody heard of such?
