Some people have complained that the $100 for life updates isn't
enough.
We have come up with a solution that will solve this problem.
If you feel this way, please send whatever money you feel is owed
to the ARRL Foundation, 225 Main Stree, Newington, CT 06111. Put
a note on the check that the money is for the WRTC USA Youth Fund.
If your check is for $25 or more, it will be recorded in QST. Also,
whatever you give will be tax deductable! An even better deal.
This fund will be usd to help defray the travel expenses for USA WRTC
competitors who are <= 25 years old.
I hope this flexible solution will appeal to all involved.
