Hi Larry

I am setting up TR for multi opp use and have run into a strange packet
problems using two PC with 2 serial ports on each with a very simple .cfg's

My problems are as follows:-

CTRL-U will not work on PC-1 with the rig connected.

CTRL-U works great on PC-2 but has not got a rig connected.

PC 1 & 2 sees all packet over the network with out any problems, I can also
send instructions to the TNC from both PC's

Below are my simple test.cfg

;Rig PC
MY CALL = G8OO
CONTEST = CQ WW
DISPLAY MODE = COLOR
COMPUTER ID = A

;       PACKET SETUP
EIGHT BIT PACKET PORT = TRUE
PACKET ADD LF = TRUE
PACKET AUTO CR = TRUE
PACKET BAUD RATE = 4800
PACKET BAND SPOTS = FALSE
PACKET SPOTS = ALL
PACKET LOG FILENAME = PACKET.TXT
PACKET BEEP = TRUE
MULTI PORT = SERIAL 1

RADIO ONE TYPE = FT1000MP
RADIO ONE CONTROL PORT = SERIAL 2

;Packet PC
MY CALL = G8OO
CONTEST = CQ WW
DISPLAY MODE = COLOR
COMPUTER ID = B

; PACKET SETUP
PACKET PORT = SERIAL 2
EIGHT BIT PACKET PORT = TRUE
PACKET ADD LF = TRUE
PACKET AUTO CR = TRUE
PACKET BAUD RATE = 4800
PACKET BAND SPOTS = FALSE
PACKET SPOTS = ALL
PACKET LOG FILENAME = PACKET.TXT
