[TRLog] Zone multipliers in the WW

Sorry, I could not divine this from the manual.

Is there a way to check for needed zones in the WW with
TR?  

A related question is this -- does the "Mult needed on
160 80 40 ..." message refer to the country mult only,
or does it refer to both country and zone?
