I found the culprit and it was me!
Or at least my computer....
Somehow, my outgoing mail program (Outlook Express) LINEWRAP settings became 76
(instead of 80), thus shortening the line prematurely.
The Contest Robot did what it was supposed to do -- rejected lines starting with
ARRL sections (which was the last field in the previous line).
And I appreciate the kibbitzing ... I must admit, I wouldn't have thought to
check my outgoing mail setup had some of you not messaged!!
