This was a problem last year, but didn't run into any /MM this year. Not
only do they count, but all three ITU regions are separate mults! So tack
another one onto your FB score . . .
Without the benefits of my notes from a year ago, I think we all just
edited the appropriate .DOM file (s50p13dc.dom, I think) to add three
lines at the end. Something like this:
r1 = R1, MM1
r2 = R2, MM2
r3 = R3, MM3
