[TRLog] foot switch

I now have my foot switch hardware talking to the PC along with rig
keying and paddle input.

BUT!

I can't get it working in all the 11 or so modes selectable from the
online menus.

= f1
is fine, however
= last cq freq
and others aren't.

Any helpful  comments welcomed.
