I have a RigBlaster and you cannot use that for CW keying. Maybe they added
it to the Plus, not sure.
The RigBlaster has nothing whatsoever to do with CAT for the radio. That
requires a direct and different COM port connection to the radio.
I don't know why you would want to pay that much for a RigBlaster when you
do to need it unless you are also going to run soundcard programs.
