Barry,
what memory are you programming?
EX or CQ ??
Probably you are in the wrong mode when
you hit the F-key.
Try this: (chose the F-key you want)
EX MEMORY AltF5 = LASTCQFREQ
CQ MEMORY AltF5 = LASTCQFREQ
so you are always in the right mode -:)!!
