[TRLog] Long Pause in SO2R mode

Has anyone figured out how to eliminate the long pause after you work a
station on the second radio and then hit 'enter' to log the contact and
start your 'cq' on the run radio?  It seems like a 2 second delay, ok maybe
it's only a 1 second delay.
