What a pain it was, worse than I ever expected. Anyway, there is now an A4
version of the manual available at http://www.qth.com/tr/manual.html.
This manual is identical (except for formatting) to the version sized for
US paper.
And, for the really adventurous and very patient who eschew doing anything
the easy way, the two manuals are also available from

PS In the future, I hope to be able to release the US and A4 versions
