[Trlog] Help: Possible calls overwrite log window

I am setting up a new contest configuration and having a problem. In the 
past, when I entered a partial call, a list of possibilities appeared in 
a single line somewhere down below the exchange window. In this new 
setup, the list overwrites the entire log window until I hit enter or 
spacebar. Can anyone explain to me why this is happening and how to stop it?
