Hello all,

I was touring some of the other menu settings within TR and Post.   I get 
an error when trying to show the contents of restart.bin from within the 
post utility.  I'm informed that RESTART.BIN is from a different program 
version.  I'm running TRLog 6.72 and Post 6.72a.
