[Trlog] Wish list: Points rate report

In looking at how I did in WPX, I compared my results with another local
club member (who doesn't use TR).  He sent me a rate sheet with columns
showing point-per-hour and cumulative points-per-hour.  I dumped my data
into MS Access and was able to compile the same info, but it would be
great to have a report like this built into TR.
