[Trlog] Files for simulator

In the manual, the simulator section refers to support files with
names and QTHs to make practice more meaningful.
I'm not clear how one acquires these files with names, QTH, etc.
If anyone has one they would be willing to share, I'd appreciate
it.  I'm trying to get my typing back up to speed before the Fall
contest season gets going.  The files I'm using now are incomplete,
in terms of exchanges, etc.
