First time to use this version in a contest (NAQP CW).
One noted problem is that when using the bandmap even with the bandmap on
the second radio band only and the second radio is on a frequency of a band
mapped station (blinking in bandmap) you cannot enter the exchange in the
exchange window (when working stations on the run radio). The letters of
the exchange are typed on top of one another and they disappear (work around
is to change the frequency of the second radio). At first I had bandmapped
all bands and if I happened to work a station S and P that got entered on
the bandmap of the run radio band (and was blinking) I had to change the
frequency of the run radio to log the contact (not that good for your rate).
I also noticed that when updating the bandmap it use to update when you
entered a call (a dupe) and hit spacebar, I don't believe it's doing this
anymore.
The needed mult window disappears after logging a qso, seems like it didn't
do this before.
Also typing "OH" for Ohio and hitting space bar use to bring up the needed
mult window, it may be confusing Ohio and Finland as needed but for a
domestic contest obviously Finland is not needed to be listed.
Alt-D
When using Alt-D a callsign remains in the window longer then it use to
remain, and I ended up with several "W5NNK6XX" in the window which by the
way was always a good call! I liked the way it worked before and I will try
and see how and what key strokes are required to replicate it. If you work
the station it is fine, it's where the station disappears and you try to
Alt-D a new one and the old one is still in the window.
Other then the above things worked well and were pretty stable.
I did not notice a communications problem one time using this version-good!
