[Trlog] Serios WAE QTC Bug - Reminder

If you are using 6.70 or 6.73 (or, probably, anything
in between) for WAE CW outside Europe:

You MUST set the QTC QRS command to TRUE
(either in logcfg.dat or from the CNTRL-J menu).

Otherwise, the QTC information is not transmitted.
Everything else appears normal.
