[Trlog] 6.72 POST and COMMON.CFG

[TR 6.72]  I tried out the INPUT CONFIG FILE for CQWW, with all the
contest independent stuff in COMMON.CFG in the main TR directory. 
Worked great until POST, when the initial screen that tells me who I am,
where I am, etc., came up in Klingon.  Finally had to paste the common
data in at the top of CQWW.CFG to get it wo work.  Not a disaster, just
annoying.
