I didn't see this. I repeatedly CQ'd from F1 or F2 after an Alt-D Dupe check; the call stayed in the on-deck-circle and I could call him on the second radio with a whap of the space bar. My problems happened when someone didn't come back on the second radio, and I escaped too many times -- then the call stayed in the on deck circle, but the space bar didn't send CW on the second radio...
