[Trlog] Ctrl-V in 6.79

I am using 6.79 and trying to change the config file while TR is running but
can?t seem to do it.  I am trying to keep one log while changing counties
(thus changing the call/county in cw memory) in the Indiana QSO Party.  I am
hitting ?Ctrl-V? and entering the whole file name with extension
(Johnson.cfg).
