For what it's worth...
Don't try running TR from a config file that has the READ ONLY attribute
set.
It will lock up especially after a ctl-J change then an alt-W.
Don't try it on the trmaster.dta either, super check partial won't work.
I did a system restore on a new drive. All the TR files were copied from a
CD that for some reason made all the files read only. Started Sprint and had
some really weird stuff happen - lost the first 25 minutes. Happened again
in ARRL CW.
>From the DOS prompt at c:\log do a
attrib -r c:\log /s
and it all gets fixed but it took a while to figure it out.
