Hi George
The fix turned out to be very simple.
My son went into the BIOS and found the serial
port was set to DISABLE. Changed to ENABLE
and I'm back in business.

Not sure what is up - you might try deleating
your restart.bin or [filename].rst before you
restart TR-Log after changing the value next time.
