[Trlog] CQ Mode Problem

I'm sure the cure is staring me in the face, but I am unable to find it.  After 
setting up for the NAQP I noticed that in the CQ Mode and with a blank call 
sign window, hitting the enter key does not generate the CQ Message.  This is a 
first for me, I've never had this happen.  Any ideas, everything else is 
working fine.
