That would seem to be a bug in the log checking process.  What it really 
should look at is if the call was logged as /N and the mode as CW.  I doubt 
the log checking process is checking the frequency field.

You might inquire with N1ND or K8CC (assuming he's still in charge of the 
10 Meter Contest log checking.)
