[Trlog] 7QP.DOM for out-of-state

As downloaded Monday 5/1/06, the 7qp.dom file for out-of-staters has lots of 
mults that are all caps on the left of the = sign, i.e., DX.  

I doubt that a mixture of domestic and DX QTHs will work in a stateside QSO 
party, particularly with the recommended 
Exchange RECEIVED = RST Domestic QTH
