[Trlog] Orion Rotator control

I have a friend K7JB who is trying to use the Orion rotator control
feature.  As best I can tell there was a feature to do that but probably
eliminated for some reason about ver 6.71

To activate the control to change rotator setting was ctrl P which now has
another function.

Does anyone currently use that function and if so which version has it?
