[Trlog] TR679 Beta

I gave the recent beta release of TR679 a try. I installed it and made the 
change to STDCFG.DAT to include RADIO ONE and TWO COMMAND PAUSE lines. I did 
not make any other changes.

I found that the beta release would no longer control my band decoders from 
the serial ports. Is this expected?
