[Trlog] Keying Interface

In one of the older versions of the documentation for TRLog there was a
schematic for a keying circuit that worked with either positive or negative
keying.  Unfortunately, that circuit doesn't appear in more recent
documentation. I would be very grateful for any assistance in obtaining a
copy of that circuit diagram.
