[Trlog] Dualing CQs with W9XT card?

I've used the dualing CQ function plenty for CW, but can't get it to work
for SSB with my W9XT DVK.

I programmed CQ Memory Alt-F1 as DVK1, but it bounces back and forth between
rigs almost as if it's trying to send CW and the DVK message at the same
time.

Any ideas?
