[Trlog] TR DOS version

I use the DOS version of TR Log with Win Tel Net X running on a Win XP 
Machine using COM 1 on both machines with a null modem cable. It works 
GREAT!!
All of the internet packet spots are piped right into TR Log on the DOS 
6.22 contest machine.

Setup is a little tricky but it is worth it.
