I've unified the CTY.DAT for CT9/10 and TR LOG again.  I have tested
it with TR LOG 6.95 (in a virtual Windows XP environment running on
top of Windows 7) and it seems to be fine.  Please try out the new
file WELL BEFORE CQWW Phone next weekend in case there is something
terribly wrong that needs to be fixed.
