[Trlog] Blinking AltD Dupe call display

I have found the issue with the QSO information window for a dupe Alt-D call!!!

It was bothering me during the SS and finally had the time to find the issue 
today.

Will post a new version after I get home later this week.

Nice to work you all in the SS CW from KL7RA (or most of you).  I think at 
least 3
of the top ten stations were still using TR Log (including to top two!!).
