[Trlog] New SS Mult

Just discovered today we have a new mult for the SS - PEI (or as the ARRL
wants to call it - PE).

Attached is a new .DOM file that should work for the SS This weekend.

No warranties - so please check the operation after you make this change.

Best of luck getting to 84 - the clean sweep will be a bit harder.
