[Trlog] Trying to get TR going on PI 5

Hello all, I am trying to get tr installed on a PI 5 but when I do make I get 
the error message:  
hid.c:44:10: fatal error: libudev.h: No such file or directory
   44 | #include <libudev.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~
What can I do to fix this problem??
