                     EXPERIENCE OMNILOG-5000 SOFTWARE QUALITY

                                (SPECIFICATIONS BELOW)

[ ] Easy installation...  Installation may be from any floppy disk drive
to any hard     disk drive in any directory.

[ ] Control your transceiver, i.e., frequency, mode, etc., directly from
you computer     keyboard.  Control your transceiver's frequency by
"asympotic tuning" developed by     Prosoft Plus.

[ ] Optional PARAMEM AND OMNIMEM software availaable to control the
transceiver's memory     functions directly from your keyboard.

[ ] All of your QSO log files are located on your computer hard drive. 
Logs files may      be merged, with the option to delete the previous
file.

[ ] Call sign "lookups" are made directly from the RT Systems, Inc.
"SAM" or Buckmaster     amateur radio database programs.

[ ] DX stations may be checked directly from the optional QSL managers
database using     the "GOLIST."

[ ] A complete "smart" terminal program with mascros is available to
control your tnc or     multimode unit, i.e., KAM or PK-232, etc.  Three
sizes of terminal "windows" are     available directly from your
computer keyboard.

[ ] Check into your local DX packet node and control your equipment and
perform "direct"     logging of the captured DX spot.

[ ] Complete QSO logging and data processing are provided for general or
contest     operation.

[ ] Three sizes of "working" cursors are available.

[ ] Log files may contain 500,000 entries per single log file.  Two
million (2,000,000)     individual log files may be placed on your hard
disk drive.

[ ] Log searches are performed in up to ten individual log fields
simultaneously using     "wild cards," i.e., "?" and "*".

[ ] Separate notepads are available for "storing" both QSO and QSL
information.

[ ] Call signs are instantly checked for duplication by band and mode.

[ ] World country "names" are entered in the log using the latest Geneva
ITU call sign     block assignments.

[ ] Unlimited award tracking is performed via a notepad system.

[ ] Complete "IOTA" statistics are shown by tables/screen listings.

[ ] A.R.R.L. "outgoing" DX QSL service countries are shown in the log
and on your QSL     labels.

[ ] Paper logs may be printed based on your defined requirements.

[ ] QSL labels are printed in full batch mode, selected from a range of
date(s), or     printed individually.

[ ] QSO, QSL, DXCC, IOTA and zone "statistics" are readily accessible.

[ ] The "tilde key" (~) is used in the "log entry mode" or the "log edit
mode" to select     "specific" countries created by portable call sign
operations.

[ ] OMNILOG-5000 log files may be used in an ASCII format for word
processors or     spread sheets.

[ ] A "user friendly" full color "system map" and "help" screen menus
provides easy     operation!

[ ] Sound board compatible --- log entry "beeps," packet cluster "spots"
announcements     and other messages may be heard through you computer
sound system .... and much,     much more!!
