[TenTec] Argo 509. The First Question.

Hi Folks.

I've got this wonderful 509, feels like a real radio! The soldering iron is
switched on, so who can offer help?

Question:  On cw I get a loud click on the audio when the key closes. It's a
bit of a pain on the speaker. It is a pain when wearing phones. Spoils the
fun of it all.

Any of you wise folks met this before?
Anybody got a service/mods list?

Any help would be of value.
