A while back (I think less than 1 year ) QST featured an article on
limited
space antennas. There was unique design from a company called Billal. It had
the appearance of two metal v shaped plates joined together. It was the least
expensive and the most compact of all the bunch. I am sure someone at this
site has used one or has heard of others who have. Just a suggestion as I to
would like to experience the "top band" from my rather diminutive lot.
