My understanding is that if a purchase is made using
USPS money orders and the item is not delivered, then it becomes a case =
of postal fraud. The postal inspectors look at these cases as being =
small time but very easy to prosecute.
Because of this, when I sell gear I always recommend that the =
purchaser use USPS money orders. =20
