I, too, need to say that the issue is now closed as far as I am concerned.
Today, I received via certified mail a US postal money order for the amount
I had sent to cover purchase cost and shipping on a Ten-Tec VFO, plus $2
"for expenses". I would have preferred the VFO, as had been agreed; but I
am happy for the refund. I thank the gentleman for responding in a way that
allows me to regard the situation as now closed.
I regret the situation which developed; and I hope that we all behave in
ways which ensure that it is not repeated.
