[TenTec] WARC on OMNID(mod B)

I have seen a few people comment on the limited Warc band upgrade for
the omniD mod B and that they are no longer available from TenTec.  I
have not seen anyone say that they have found the circuit design and
component list for someone to do it themselves.  Anyone have it?
