Hi Steve, while I was at Ten Tec (last year) they had two button panels
left for 
the Omni V. I bought one for dirt cheap price.  They may still have the
other???
I also bought the very last remaining face plate for my Omni V.  I like
to have
all the stuff for re-shelling the entire rig.  That way if I ever want
to sell
it, it will look mint.  Good luck....
