Tahnks for the message, Joe. Yes, I resoldered almost all of the
connections on both PLL boards. The minor loop was a bit
more effort because the entire bottom is covered by a shield,
as you know. However, I didn't use silver solder....that would
have been a good idea. I found that solder problems would
revel themselves if I pressed on the board or flexed it and
I thought I had it all fixed....but.....maybe not! I'll try again,
but I am definitely interested in the mod that you discovered.
I wonder what I actually does!
