I just got back from Fairbanks and deleted this message before I
had a chance to answer.
Sounds like maybe the lithium battery has come
out of the holding during shipment. Either that, or it
is dead. The lithium battery is what keeps the brain
of this thing from going dead, and that is what is
happening. Open the lid and look in the processor
compartment and assure the battery is properly
in the holder. If so, take it out and see what the
voltage is. Betcha a buck it's that easy.
