[TenTec] New TT Rig Ideas

I would like to see the Scout repackaged for non mobile use as follows:

New, larger enclosure that contained a high quality speaker, power supply,
LARGE S-meter, audio DSP, clearence so the tuning knob could be large
without bumping fingers into switches.
