Well, I have an Omnni VI+, not a Triton, but here are some suggestions:
1. As to your question "Are these available as spare parts?". Only Ten
Tec knows for sure. Call them and ask. If they have it, great. If not,
maybe they can tell you the color/style of the plastic. (see item 3
below).
2. Remove the existing plastic piece and try carefully cleaning it; if
that fails, get a plastic polish and try polishing it out. Automotive
stores and plastic supply store sell rubbing compounds for just what you
want to do.
3. If that fails, go to a plastic supply house. They usually have a
large selection of color/thickness Plexiglas sheet stock. (Presuming the
piece you need is a flat sheet -again, not a Triton owner).
