1. I think I am who is being referred to--I didn't keep a copy of what I
wrote to the individual.
2. The Omni VI book calls it "weight" and mentions dot to dash ratio. I
think their writer was mistaken.
3. If I used the term "ratio" when I said my indicator read 1.10 (110%), I
intended to indicate the ratio of a "dot" to the "space" between adjacent
dots. I agree that this is what we would normally call "Weighting".
4. I am assuming that despite what their book says--the ratio of dots to
dashes in the Omni VI is (more or less) fixed at 1:3. I'm not going to
experiment to find out.
5. We are now dealing more with semantics than CW.
