[TenTec] WTB: Model 248 Noise Blanker, 30 Meter WARC kit for OMNI-D

1.  Model 248 Noise Blanker
2.  30M WARC kit, alternately the component values and instructions so I can 
put one together myself with Digikey parts, etc.
