I'm trying to use a Ten Tec 705 mic with a Delta 580. Other operators that
I have talked with comment that my signal seems garbled, possibly RF
getting into the mic.
I also have a Paragon with a different 705 mic. In comparing the two I
find the mic w/the Paragon has ferrite beads on the leads Out, PTT, and +.
The mic with the Delta does not - in fact it looks like the previous owner
of the mic did major surgery on it. Could this be my problem?
I have a D104 that I was trying to use with the Delta, but I get the same
comments.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
